Manushicraft .com is an online shopping site where we sell various handmade products made in Nepal.

Such changes will be effective when posted on the Website and may, at the sole discretion of the Website be notified to the Users from time to time.

When you post comments or reviews to the Site, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than your self or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any Submissions. Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible

a)Order confirmation

We will send you your order confirmation via your email or by contacting you through phone.

b)Sample development

If you are interested in our products and thinking to order with your own design then you could always communicate with us and feel free to write on manushi@mail.com.np  or manuhi@ntc.net.np .We are always ready to coordinate with you .

We are also flexible to make customize designs with certain MOQS.

c)Pricing

The prices of products are given in Nepalese Rupees. The price doesn’t include VAT for now. Some times  by mistake, if we discover the prices mentioned on the site  for your ordered goods is error, we will try to contact you as  soon as possible  and give you an option reconfirming your order at correct price or cancelling the order

d)Payment

The payment can be done  through Cash on Delivery or you can also deposit the amount in our Bank Account.

While you pay via bank deposit or Mobile Bank transfer, we will not proceed order until we ensure the sufficient fund is  deposited or transferred on our account to fulfill the order. After the confirmation, we will proceed with the order and delivery. We are not responsible for the payments that are not deposited in our Bank Account .

For the customers, outside Nepal, you can pay amount equals to the equivalent Nepalese Rupees of the ordered date and deposit in our Account.

You can also pay us using digital apps e-sewa or Khalti

For the customers, outside Nepal, you can deposit your payment on our dollar account .

e)Coupons and Vouchers

Users using coupons/gift vouchers should note that such coupons neither carries any cash value nor can be redeemed, transferred, negotiated or sold against cash. Gift vouchers are issued from time to time for promotions in our discretion.

f)Delivery

We will not charge any delivery cost with in Kathmandu valley.

If the goods are to be couriered outside Kathmandu Valley, then, you must pay for extra courier charges

We can also courier goods outside Nepal via DHL ,FedEx . Buying party will be responsible for the extra courier charge.

g)Return/Exchange

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange or return the goods after our Delivery.

h)Order Cancellation

If we receive your cancellation order after we have already processed your delivery order, you may be charged with 50% of your ordered price.
